If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer exchange.
Timing: We have a 15-days Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of an exchange.
If the exchange is approved, new order will be sent to customer.

Only 1 exchange per order will be approved. Please ensure you measure your waist properly as showing on the sizing chart. Please follow measurement instructions in order to request to accurate size during exchange.
** For international orders**
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost/Shipping Labels. Please include include a Prepaid shipping label with tracking number in your returned item in order to exchange and send new item to you.
Our company is not responsible for paying any additional shipping costs incurred during exchange. Customer can contact BillionCurves if they prefer to use our shipping rates and we can provide information for payments of shipping labels and labels will be emailed to customer after customer have made payments. Any exchange item that do not come with a Prepaid shipping label or (arranged label from BillionCurves) will not be shipped until the customer provides one.
Please check each product page for sizing information. We ensured that each product size charts are 100% accurate. To get the accurate measure, Please follow the instruction on the page by measuring using a measuring tape and above your navel. Select the accurate size range from the size chart.
The Sizes are true to size, therefore, please select the correct size. DO NOT select a size smaller or bigger, use the correct size measurement.
Place a measuring tape around your waist, Locate the hip bone, place your tape there and circle round to the other hip bone. Make sure the measuring tape is right above your navel.
